Blue Jay
Tweet-le-ee. The blue jay is calling. 11 specialty glass pieces bring life to this 8” W x 3” H clever bird. Finished with a chain to hang from your garden post or cheery window.
Each creation is handcrafted using the Tiffany Stained Glass method. All pieces are hand cut, ground, cleaned, and copper foiled. The edges are burnished for preparation of the flux facilitator (fancy!) before soldering. Every item is cleaned (twice when black patina is applied) and polished with a protective wax.
Due to the special nature of stained glass, colors may look different in natural & artificial lights, and may vary from screen to screen. If you have any questions, contact me for further pictures or descriptions.
