Shipping Your Purchase

Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. If you need something sooner, please contact me to see what expedited options may be available (for an additional fee) prior to placing your order.

Due to the fragile nature of glass, items require careful and secure packaging, resulting in some extra handling costs. I try to keep it as budget friendly as possible and will pack orders containing multiple pieces together to reduce shipping.

In the unlikely and hopefully never-occurring event your item arrives damaged, please take photos and email a description to me within 48 hours of delivery date so we may quickly find a resolution. I am not responsible for damage caused or reported past this window.

At this time, I do not ship internationally (outside of the US). Apologies for the inconvenience.

Refund and Exchange Policy

It is my goal that you are as thrilled to receive your piece as I was to make it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of delivery date to discuss a possible exchange, which are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees; returns MUST be sent with insurance. Initial shipping charges are not refundable and buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement item. Please email me with any questions prior to purchase to make sure you’re excited about your item on its arrival.

Lead Exposure Notice

Almost all stained glass and some solder contain minimal amounts of lead. Lead is known to be a potentially harmful substance when inhaled or ingested, however, the risks of exposure simply by handling your finished item are very low. As a precaution, wash your hands after handling your piece (and don’t use it as a plate!) and keep away from children (it is too delicate anyway!). If you have further questions, please consult your physician for guidance.

Caring for Your Piece

Your piece has been thoroughly cleaned and polished with a protective wax prior to shipping. Once displayed, generally your piece will only need the occasional dusting. If you wish to clean your item, make sure to use a non-ammonia based cleaner (NOT windex-type cleaners) and carefully wipe with a soft, nonabrasive cloth. Never use abrasive scrubbers or acid-based cleansers as this may result in damage or discoloration.

Displaying Your Piece with Care

A good rule of thumb is to NEVER trust a suction cup hanger!! Variations in surface texture, temperature, humidity, and age can make suction cups fail often and without warning. It is always best to use a nail or screw-in hook in a solid surface to safely hold the weight of your new piece (especially larger panels). If installing outside, make sure the hook is stable and in a protected area. I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper mounting or displaying.

Color Variations

Due to the unique characteristics of stained glass, colors may vary based on lighting. I do my best to provide multiple photos in natural and artificial lights so you can see and evaluate the colors yourself. If you are trying to get a close match to a specific color, please reach out for more pictures or descriptions prior to ordering.

Additionally, variations within the glass itself occur and add to its beauty. Small bubbles, lines, etches, etc. are “natural imperfections” and cannot be avoided or removed. Those little things are what make each piece beautiful and unique!

Custom Orders

Most items on the site are one of a kind, however, many can be recreated in your desired color palette. Contact me with your ideas or requests for a custom piece. If it is a totally new pattern (not a variation of one already on my site), a design or special order fee may apply if I do not have specific glass or colors on hand. I will always provide a quote prior to purchasing. Like buying ready-made pieces, custom orders and shipping fees must be paid-in-full in advance and are nonrefundable. I will communicate with you throughout the design process and provide photos of the glass to make sure you are happy with the final product!

Custom orders may take anywhere from 3-5 weeks, plus delivery time. A more accurate window will be provided with your order quote.
